    Yes. Many beginners struggle with the swim. We’ll build confidence gradually and tailor your plan to match your comfort level.

  3. What equipment do I need?
    Basic gear is enough: a working bike, running shoes, and swim access. You don’t need top-end equipment to train or race.

    Plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks. You’ll be able to track progress and communicate easily.

    Yes. I design programs around your lifestyle—whether you have 3 or 6 days a week to train.

  3. What if I miss workouts?
    No problem! Life happens. I’ll adjust your plan, so you stay on track without stress.

  4. How long does training take?
    Typical timelines:

  • Sprint: 8 to 12 weeks

  • Olympic: 12 to 16 weeks
    Plans are customized to your fitness level and availability.

    Most coaching is online, but local athletes may request in-person swim, bike, or run sessions.
